Effective April 1, 2022, we are now operating as Duncan & Company Law. While the name has changed, we continue to operate at the same location, with the same phone number. Most importantly, we continue to offer a full range of family law services, including negotiated settlements, mediation, litigation, and collaborative family law. We also continue to offer related services including Wills, Powers of Attorney and personal planning documents for our clients whose families are being restructured.
